These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.*****

Also note, this property has some after effects caused by Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. Per Daytona Beach Resort management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Daytona Beach Resort building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door by the parking garage. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. ***

Direct oceanfront 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit provides spectacular ocean-front views from its private balcony! (Sleeps 6) Relax and enjoy its direct oceanfront private balcony, which will provide you with fabulous views from the 3rd floor where you can watch all the action below from a bird’s eye view.

It is equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator with ice-maker, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster, small coffee maker, cookware, plates, and utensils), 2 person dinette and chairs, bar-top with 2 bar stools, 1 sitting chair with ottoman and a Queen sleeper sofa with a 50" smart cable T.V & free WiFi.

Bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, 43" smart T.V. and 2 sitting chairs. Split bathroom plan features a tub / shower combo with toilet on one side separated from itls large vanity, mirror and blow dryer on the opposite side. Linens, iron/ironing board included.

The Daytona Beach Resort is a beachfront resort featuring 4 heated swimming pools: 2 large heated oceanfront pools, 1 heated indoor pool,1 kiddie pool & splash pad, Jacuzzi hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, ocean-side restaurant and Tiki bar, fire pit, day spa, WiFi, parking garage, business center, conference rooms, food mart, washers/dryers on 5th floor, ATM machine and direct access to the World’s Most Famous Beach! ***ALL amenities are unavailable at this time.
