The split floor plan ensures the utmost is privacy for the incredible primary bedroom suite, which comes complete with its own large flat screen TV, lanai access, walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom. Guests will appreciate the comfort of one full bathroom plus one half bathroom located adjacent to the guest rooms. Both guest rooms feature ample closet space, fabulous water views and lanai access, a king bed is one guest room and a queen with twin Murphy bed in the second guest room.

The Mermaid Manor comes fully equipped and offers the best of Florida living - indoor spaces with oversized sliders that open to the outdoors, a screened-in lanai with outdoor dining and conversation areas, plenty of space to soak up the sunshine around the heated pool and spa, and an oversized dock that offers nearly 270 degrees of water views.
