Description:

Vista 14 is an outstanding, new lodge-style, Mt. Bachelor vacation home in Sunriver, Oregon. Douglas fir logs and natural stone are just a sampling of the quality construction by one of Central Oregon's premier builders. With a generous 3,797 square feet, Primary Suite bedrooms 1 and 2 are downstairs and the third is upstairs. They are designed as suites with king beds in each and bedroom 2 is custom designed as handicap accessible. Also upstairs are two bunk rooms and a large open landing with poker/game table.

Level 1: Two Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living, Paver Patio, Hot Tub, Laundry, Garage, Game Room

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with top of the line appliances, this beautiful gourmet kitchen with wine bar features stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas range, granite countertops, hardwood floors, cooking and servingware for entertaining and family meals at home. This island provides plenty of prep space, the corner pantry is ready for you and plenty of natural light comes in from over the sink.

Dining:

Between the Kitchen and Living area, across from the island, is the natural wood dining table that seats 10. Four more can be seated at the kitchen island.

Living:

A beautiful built in media cabinet with large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and leather couches for seating make a warm, inviting living space. The Surround sound system will envelope your ears and the attached Amazon Fire TV makes using your streaming favorite a breeze.

Bedrooms:

There are two bedroom downstairs, each attached to a bath. The bedroom to the right is attached to a full bath that is also attached to the hallway. That bath leads out to the patio and Hot Tub. The bedroom also has French doors out to the Hot Tub.

The bedroom on the left is attached to a private bath and is ADA compliant. It has a new 43" Vizio Smart TV for your relaxing evening.

The Back Deck:

Outdoor relaxing at its finest awaits you on the back paver patio. Two dining tables, hammock hooks (the hammock is stored inside), the Hot Tub and a golf course view await you. Kick back and relax in the external extension of the home.

Level 2:

Upstairs leads to another Primary Suite with King Bed and private attached bath. The landing/loft has a 4 seater round table perfect for playing games and having conversation. The first of the two bunk rooms has two log Bunk Beds and a TV with DVD player plus an attached private full bath. The second Bunk Room has two more log Bunk Beds plus a log day bed with trundle and a new 43" Vizio Smart TV. Between the two bunk rooms is a full bath with Shower/Tub combo.

Game Room:

The third garage is set up as a game room with a Pool Table, Ping Pong table and Foosball! Plus couch seating for those waiting their turn at all the fun!

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:

This home includes 12 RPP Passes for 2022. Recreation Plus Passes Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill. *All RPP amenities are operated by the Howners Association and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.

Pet Policy:

This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.

VRBO and AirBnb Guests:

For simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is VRBO's or AirBnb's fee, not ours.
