All the features are found on one level upon climbing a single flight of stairs. The living area is arranged as the central part of the house, providing an ideal space to meet and spend time together. There are two bedrooms in total; one of them boasts an ensuite setup.

The guest has access to the entire home. The patio space and backyard is a shared spaces.

Take I-70E/I-465/I-74/Indianapolis and keep left at the fork to follow signs for I-70E/Indianapolis.

Merge onto I-70E and take for 10 miles to Exit 111 for Washington St.

Use the right lane to turn right after Hardee's onto E Washington St.

Turn right onto Southeastern Ave. Turn right onto S State Ave.

Turn left onto S Woodlawn Ave, home is first house on the corner on the right (1703 Woodlawn Ave).
