It is walking distance to The Village at Sunriver & >30 miles of bike trails; 1mi to Deschutes River; close to championship golf; 17 miles to downtown Bend; 19 miles to Mt Bachelor known for world class skiing; an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Park; & so much more!

After all the adventures, enjoy the BBQ on the private balcony & relax in the year round hot tub and seasonal pool!

Our home is on the second floor with soaring, vaulted ceilings and windows that flood the space with natural light. The unit is thoughtfully laid out with an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room which is great for a small family or small group of friends.

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for your cooking needs. There are TVs with Roku in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player, board games, puzzles, and cards for a fun night indoors. There is a portable AC unit to keep you cool during the summer heat and wall heaters to keep you warm in the winter.

There is a quiet private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep. The unit also makes use of the high ceilings with two cozy lofted spaces that can sleep up to 3 (1 Queen mattress, 1 Twin mattress). Please note: the lofts are not suitable for children <12

Just off the living room is a private balcony with a BBQ. There is also a shared community year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. Please observe all posted signs and rules. Pool and hot tub may be subject to closures for maintenance and safety without advance notice, but we will make every effort to inform you of this.

You will have access to the entire home with keyless entry with a unique personalized code.

You will also have access to the community seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and paid laundry facility. Please take extra care of the keys and fob. Lost keys or fob will incur a $200 fee.

There is ample parking in the off street lot in front of the units with a NEWLY INSTALLED EV CHARGING STATION with a small fee. Come visit with your EV and avoid the range anxiety!

We love animals, but please note per the complex's HOA, there is a very strict NO PET POLICY for guests and tenants. In the event that you bring your pet along for a stay, you'll be subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate cancelation of your stay.

There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in our home and all common spaces of the complex. Violations will incur a $1000 fee and immediate cancelation of your reservation plus any additional cleaning charges.

Just a friendly heads up. There is a Nest Doorbell camera set up outside our home. Please don't take this as a big brother tactic ;) We just want to make sure our home is secure while away and also during your stay, and it allows us to communicate with you should there be any check-in problems.

This unit is on the second floor accessible only by stairs. No elevators.

Please note, the lofted spaces are not suitable for children <12 years of age.

Hot tub and pool amenities are subject to closure without advance notice at the discretion of the HOA. No refunds will be provided for hot tub and pool closures.
