Welcome to the Harry Potter House at the luxurious Regal Palms Resort!

Each of our 4 bedrooms represents a Hogwarts house—Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Hufflepuff. Every room features its own fireplace, television, house bathrobes, and nostalgic decor. The hardest part will be deciding which room to stay in!

Our resort offers a pool, lazy river, water slide, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, and more! It’s just 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).

Step inside Platform 9 3/4 (the front door) to find the Slytherin-themed bedroom on the ground floor. The green and silver decor, snakes, and elegant dungeon-like ambiance await you.

The living area and kitchen are styled like the Leaky Cauldron, complete with modern amenities and Harry Potter-themed family games in the pantry. Under the stairs, you'll find Harry’s cupboard, filled with toys and a small cot bed.

As you ascend the stairs, spot Dumbledore’s paintings, Dobby, the sorting hat, and the Tri-Wizard Tournament egg. Each bedroom door is custom-made to reflect its house: Slytherin's dungeon door, Ravenclaw's elegant arched door with a riddle, Hufflepuff's secret barrel entrance, and Gryffindor's painting of the fat lady.

The Gryffindor bedroom, perfect for kids, features Harry Potter toys, books, a TV, and a snitch nightlight. The Hufflepuff room, the coziest, has a yellow velvet queen bed, vine lights, and a fireplace with magical plants.

We are pleased to offer 24/7 guest support via the message thread on this platform and by replying to our emails. We monitor these channels constantly and guarantee a response within one minute, making this the fastest way to reach us. While a contact number is provided, phone calls are only monitored during standard business hours.

Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities.

The parking is ideally suited for up to two cars but can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized vehicles (very tight squeeze). Please note that street parking is prohibited and towing is enforced by the HOA.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.

Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests

Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Parking Details

The driveway fits 2 medium-sized vehicles comfortably. A third vehicle may be parked carefully, perpendicularly behind the other two. Due to HOA regulations, no additional vehicles are permitted, and street or lawn parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked outside of designated areas are subject to towing as enforced by the HOA.
