Castle Glen Estates - Views, views & more views! As soon as you get to this home you will be set into a state of relaxation. When you pass through the front door you will be greeted by a two story wall of windows with spectacular views of the mountains and ski resorts. Enjoy the large deck for your outdoor entertaining, dining & hot tub! This gorgeous home backs to Eagle Preserve and US Forestry Land. High, beamed, logged knotty pine ceilings in the great room also, featuring a floor to ceiling rock-faced, wood burning fireplace that is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, custom granite, & knotty alder cabinets. The loft is a wonderful area to relax, read a book, or just take in the views! The master bedroom features a spacious master bathroom, slate floors and walls, and dual sinks. The home has central air conditioning for those warmer summer days along with central heat and the wood burning fireplace for those amazing winter snow days. Plenty of parking for you and your guests with the circular driveway.

 

* Max occupancy – 14 people, 10 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

 

* Parking Details:

Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) 240 AMP EV charger located in the garage. *CORD IS NOT INCLUDED!!

 

* This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets)

Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance.

A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed.

* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.

Pet Rules:

- Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled.

- Do not let pets on any furniture or beds.

- Pick up after your pet.

- You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets.

 

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.

* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.

* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.

* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.

* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.

* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.

* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.

* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.

* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Checking In:

* IDs are required at check-in.

* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

 

Please note:

Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
