Your vacation just got easier! Each rental with Cabo Platinum is complete with a Personal Concierge who will manage a full itinerary for your group. This local expert will connect with you after your booking is confirmed and help arrange everything: transportation, chefs, butlers, grocery delivery, activities, restaurants, yachts and more. They will be at the villa when you arrive, on-call during your stay and see you off at your departure. Feel safe, confident with your vacation and best of all, relaxed.

This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement).

- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.

- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.

- Outside contracted services are not permitted as this will jeopardize our guest's safety and security deposit. Your Concierge is available to help book any additional services. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.

- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please contact us to discuss the best option for your vacation.

We strive to update our photos when a major element changes the villa's look and feel, but cannot be held responsible for damaged items that need to be replaced to ensure the comfort of our guests and/or plant growth.
