Casa Blanca CB-205 The Turning Tide Ocean View with WIFI

Casa Blanca is a great resort, within a short walking distance from the beach. It is the only resort with a small golf course right in the resort. You will have 2 pools, one near the units and another one, right in front of the beach. You are right next to Princesa where you will find Collin´s restaurant and a convenience store. The resort itself is a beautiful place, in the most exclusive beach in Rocky Point. Even though SOME AREAS ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, the resort has a lot to offer.

The beautiful unit with a Mediterranean style feels to it. The living room set is a very comfortable soft sofa set in a bright red wine tone. There also is a box coffee table. To tie up the room this is sitting on a red space rug and it has a side table with a lamp on top. The dining room has beautiful dining set with a rectangular wood table and a set of 6 chairs with cushions in the same color as the living room set. As well as the three countertop tall chairs which are also cushioned in the same color. The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped to make a gourmet dinner or just a simple pb&j sandwich (ingredients not included). You will also have a laundry room with washer, dryer and enough storage space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and two Mexican wood side tables with a lamp on each side. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a two-sink vanity and granite countertops. The guest bedroom has two individual beds and a night table between them with a lamp. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. To go out to the balcony just open the sliding door in the living room. You will come out to a beautiful terrace, excellent to have the morning coffee or afternoon drinks, on the comfortable rectangular wrought iron table with tile top and the 6 chairs.

This unit has a great view of the resort and the ocean. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with these amazing views. Enjoy the many activities you can do in this amazing town. Once you are in our condo you never want to leave!
