The main level welcomes you with an open kitchen and living room adorned with a gas fireplace and 75" TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen features elegant quartz countertops, offering a perfect space for culinary adventures and bar seating, while the adjacent dining table is where you can savor meals with family and friends. A luxurious king ensuite bedroom with TV on this level awaits, complete with a spacious soaking tub, a beautifully tiled shower, and custom tiled floors for a touch of elegance.

As you ascend to the upper level, you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a king bedroom with charming barn doors that open to reveal a view of the living room, adding to the home's character and unique design. Additionally, there's a small office with a king sleeper sofa for extra guests, the Serenity Lounge, and a full bathroom in the hallway to ensure convenience for all.

The lower level of the home offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom located next door. Additionally, a game room with a pool table and a 52" TV provides endless entertainment options for both kids and adults, making it an ideal space for fun and relaxation. Now installed is a brand new hot tub on the lower deck! On the main level deck is a covered dining space, seating, and 65" TV over the outdoor fireplace. For a more grounding experience, head down to the newly installed firepit and roast some smores as you appreciate the stars.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:

- This home allows 2 dogs for additional rent of $25 per night per pet.

- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.

- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.

- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided

- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.

- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

- The homeowner uses exterior security cameras to monitor their property and ensure it remains safe. One is on the front porch left side, aimed at the driveway. The other is mounted on the back deck by the left side of bedroom door pointing at the woods.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
