Welcome to Pinecone 3 in Sunriver! This 6-bedroom home has 2 living spaces, a full kitchen, laundry room with an extra refrigerator, a private hot tub, and a spacious back deck that looks out over a large common area.

Walking in, you'll find inviting leather couches with the dining and kitchen to the left and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the right. The kitchen bar boasts a polished, live edge wood top. The wood burning fireplace is beautifully faced in stone. The exposed wooden beams and other wood accents remind you that you're in the high desert ready to take a break.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Each downstairs bedroom features a King Bed. One also offers its own vanity while the bathroom has a second vanity separate from the shower and tub area. The bathroom has been remodeled and features gorgeous wood and stone accents.

Upstairs is a loft living space as well and four more bedrooms and a bath. The four bedrooms include one with a Queen bed, one with two full beds, one with a bunk bed, and one with two twins. The upstairs remodeled bath also features an external vanity sink with the shower area being able to be closed off.

The deck spans the length of the home and connects to the garage via a large stone paver pad. A gas grill stands at the ready for your BBQ master. A couple steps down off the deck leads to another large paver area. The 10 included Recreation (SHARC) Passes grant you access to not only Sunriver's water park, but also Pickleball courts, tennis courts, the boat launch and the SHARC disc golf course.
