This house is a 5 minute walk to great bakeries, restaurants, and just a 10 minute walk to Isla Verde beach. Relax in our pool, sip drinks on a pool side bar, enjoy our BBQ, don't miss a beat on your work out with our exercise area, and have access to a great a fully stocked cooking-ready kitchen. We are 4 minutes from SJU airport, and 6 minutes from Old San Juan.

This four bedroom house is fully air conditioned, has a covered garage, an outdoor covered workout area, a fully stocked kitchen, a front yard with grass and a front porch with a fan. We have a spacious indoor living room with a very large sofa, and an outdoor covered living area with a large sofa, a BBQ, and a shuffle board game. The outdoor back yard has a pool, two outdoor lounge chairs, an a bar with barstool with poolside seating.

A whole-house generator & huge water cistern safeguard us against most storms.

This house has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a queen bed. Two bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has two queen size beds.

This house has an office room, with a desk and its own desk chair. The office has a Galactica game. There is one hallway bathroom.

Guests here have access to Isla Verde Beach, a 10 minute walk from this house, and lots of great bakeries (5 minutes walk from this house,) great coffee shops (4 minutes walk from this house). Guests have access to our outdoor covered workout area and our pool.

The Isla Verde Beach neighborhood where we are located is comprised of two avenues, both with places to each, cafes, coffee shops, and places to shop, the second ave (Isla Verde Ave) is a beachfront avenue, with pedestrian access to the beach. We are a 10-minute walk to the beach, or a 1 minute drive. This house is located in a secure gated community, in a quiet corner of the neighborhood.
