The home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 105, placing you only minutes from Lake Conroe’s marinas, boat rentals, and waterfront restaurants. Downtown Montgomery is a short drive away, and the Texas Renaissance Festival is just 25 miles from the property. Country club amenities are not accessible for short-term renters.

Short-term rental guests are not permitted to bring their boats into the community entrance. You will have to use a nearby public boat ramp & parking.

Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any unauthorized guests, including day guests, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.
