Won't work for oversized persons since home small & U climb steep ladder onto cozy loft with queen mattress. Inside fenced gates facing greenery. Home is near South Hill Mall, Pierce College, WA State Fair Grounds, Riverwalk Trail, & the onward point to Mt. Rainier. Sounder gets you to Seatac Airport & Seattle/Tacoma.
