Trash day is Fridays.

Monday is street sweeping days. (NO Street parking or you will receive a ticket

Pool maintenance is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

There will be a $75 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
