This completely renovated ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and beachside charm. Step inside to a bright, open living space featuring coastal décor, tile flooring, and stylish new furnishings. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room's sleeper sofa provides additional space for guests. Parking is limited to one space per unit.

The fully updated kitchen, featuring a farmhouse sink, includes everything you need to prepare meals after a day in the sun. The spa-inspired bathroom boasts high-end finishes and a clean, contemporary design.

Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated swimming pool and a BBQ grill area perfect for outdoor dining. Located just a short walk to Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk, you’ll be close to waterfront dining, boutique shopping, live entertainment, and exciting activities like dolphin tours and boat rentals.

Please note that there is no washer or dryer in the unit; however, laundry facilities are available nearby. The on-site laundry room is not currently available, but it is scheduled to be installed by 2026. There will also be new pool loungers as a coming feature. Although a date has not been promised, we are working diligently to restore these items.
