You'll love the upscale feel of this Moss Creek designed Adirondack style cabin. Perched on the side of a mountain top above 3,900 feet, this nicely furnished, three bedroom/three bath with loft cabin is the perfect place for a relaxing time with family and friends. It sleeps eight with all queen size beds, including the sofa sleeper in the loft. The double level wrap-around outside decks provide breathtaking views of the surrounding North Carolina mountains along with long range views of the mountain tops in Tennessee. This cabin offers rustic cabinetry and chiseled edged granite counters, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances and gas cook top for the discerning the main and lower level fireplaces there are 37" Hi-Def flat screen TVs with Satellite TV and “Blu Ray” DVD players, main floor system also has surround sound. The main level fireplace is wood burning and gas logs in the lower level game room lounge. All three full size bathrooms have rustic slate stone throughout and your endless need for hot water is fulfilled with a “Rinnai” instant water heater so you're never left waiting! Rain soaker shower in the master bath, air conditioning, hot tub, “Infrared” BBQ, WiFi, lower level game room with Foosball table... You're going to savor every Deer Moment!!

Additional Notes

- Firewood can be purchased at the time of booking or at any point more that 7 days before arrival. $25 per days worth of wood, which is 2 bundles of split logs and a firestarter

- This cabin is accessed via a fairly steep gravel road. A vehicle with 4WD or AWD is required during winter months.

- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided

​​​​​​​- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am

- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.

- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

- The owners of this home use 3 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is at the front porch facing towards the parking area, and the other two are on the back deck facing out towards the view.
