Take in the ocean breeze as you sip a cup of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on a second open air balcony with sliding door access off the main living room.

This property is ideally located just 4 minutes from a beach access point and next door to a park with basketball courts and play structure. It is a perfect home for families and groups with kiddos. For security purposes, there is one external doorbell camera installed.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house, however there is a ring doorbell on the front door facing the driveway.
