Create lasting memories with your families with activities like basketball, bounce house, cornhole or swim in our private heated enclosed pool/spa. Enjoy a glass of wine or S’mores at the firepit. There is an en-suite bed/bath on each floor and plenty of tastefully renovated space!

The first floor consists of an ensuite bedroom with brand new Smart TV, separate shower and tub bathroom and fully stocked linen/towel closet, a half bathroom, a bedroom with twin bunk bed and twin trundle, a fully stocked kitchen and china cabinet, a bonus room serving as a dedicated office (also has a bed or additional guest if needed), a large dining area and very cozy living room with newer large smart TV. The expansive covered patio has plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor dining and a Firepit area to soak up the Florida sun!

The 2nd floor has a bathroom with tub/shower combination to the left with a linen closet, a queen size bedroom with closet, a matching twin bedroom with closet and armoire in the middle and a Queen size bedroom with armoire to the right followed by an ensuite bathroom.

There is a closet on the opposite side of the bedrooms closed off for supplies and added linens/towels for staff use only.

Guests can access all areas of living space except for supply closet on the 2nd floor. While the garage is not considered living space, access is enabled in cases of circuit panel trips and access to the circuit panel is necessary. There is a 2nd refrigerator and freezer in the garage that is available for guest use.

Bikes and fishing rods can also be found in the garage and are also available for guest use.

The bounce house side of the home is equipped with an extra large Net stand as well as different sports balls.

*In order to turn on the bounce house, please connect the green extension cord to the bounce house and to one of the garage outlets. The bounce house is not covered and will get wet with rain.
