Our newly renovated, three queen-bedroom apartment combines airy, open spaces with an abundance of natural light and walk-out access to multiple outdoor spaces. Tan in privacy in sun-drenched loungers, sip coffee watching the morning foot traffic on our street, or relax and dine on the spacious covered back patio.

Your apartment includes:

*3 individual bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and featuring a queen bed with new, luxurious bedding

*1 modern full bathrooms

*A full kitchen with Air-fryer oven, stove, fridge, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, a blender and coffee devices!

*A dining table and living room, and Phillips Google TV to log into your streaming services

*A dedicated covered outdoor space with comfy seating and dining for six and hammock for 2 (Adult use only - use at your own risk)

*An additional sunny outdoor space with loungers, and a small bar overlooking the street

A/C: Brand new ACs in every bedroom and the common area, all over-rated to the size of the room. But on very hot days, if you want it very cold, we suggest closing the curtains in the bedrooms. Please turn off when not in use =)

Laundry: A large washer/dryer combo available for your use on the back patio

*Light cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen, but full cleaning supplies are available by the laundry on the back patio

Quiet Hours: are strictly enforced as many of our neighbors (young children and seniors included) do NOT have AC and sleep with their windows open

Hot Water: comes from an inline water heater, so just give it a minute or two and then there is unlimited hot water for your luxurious shower =)

*The shower drain in the common bathroom drains slowly - it's not clogged, but does drain slowly

*Please brush off sand BEFORE entering the apartment - there will be a charge for excess sand which can damage plumbing and the washer/dryer combos
