27 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 3 km. Traditional Lappish style "kelo"-log cottage. Semidetached apartment with practical floor plan and decor, built in 1989. There are 2 bedrooms, bigger one with a doublebed and smaller one with a bunk for 2 persons. Spacious loft (9 m²) with a window and 4 mattresses. Combined kitchen/livingroom. Electric sauna and spacious terrace. Back yard for children to play. Lockable ski storage.

The apartment's name was previously Ykkösruka A1. Area is located near highway nr 5. Car parking in the front of the apartment. Nearest skilift Talvijärvi, distance accross the lake by walk/ski about 800 m.

Additional equipment: Hair dryer. Lcd tv with a possiblity to plug in computer. Wireless internet connection (wifi). Sledges and kick sled.
