Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
