We have a security camera viewing the parking lot for security purposes. This records video and audio but will not be used to violate the privacy of our guests.

Guests will have private access to their apartment suite. The door is unlocked with a smart lock for convenient access. Additionally, you will have access to the pickleball court as long as the weather permits it!

Pickleball Etiquette Notice:

If pickleballs accidentally go into the neighbor’s yard, please do not attempt to retrieve them. The neighbors have expressed concerns about guests entering their property. We kindly ask that you leave any balls that land beyond our property line.

There is a door behind the family room TV covered by a curtain. Please do not open this door.

Please keep in mind that we have a security camera facing the driveway that records both video and audio. We will not use any of this to violate your privacy. It is simply a means protect our property.

▻ The blinds are all cordless! You can simply lift up the center of the blinds to raise them and viceversa.

▻ There are 3 heaters on separate controls/thermostats. One if by the fridge at the top of the stairs, one is to the right of the office desk, and the last one is upstairs to the right of the body mirror.
