Step into the cozy upstairs living room, featuring crisp, modern design—perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain. Directly off the main floor is a private office with closing doors, ideal for any remote work needs.

 

A second downstairs living room offers a full lounging experience with an oversized sectional, perfect for the whole group to relax.

 

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and appliances needed to fuel your adventures, whether it's a quick breakfast before hitting the lifts or a gourmet aprés-ski meal.

Bedroom 1 - King bedroom on main floor w/ full private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bedroom on main floor.

Bedroom 3 - Bunk bedroom w/ twin over full bunkbed.

The laundry room is located downstairs, equipped with a washer, dryer, and utility sink—perfect for drying out ski gear.

 

Exterior & Location:

The home features a fully fenced yard. Please note, the property is directly off I-80. While this provides incredible access to the canyons, there is associated noise; however, the sound is very muted inside the home.

 

Parking & Transit:

The driveway is right off the interstate intersection; please use care when exiting. Street parking is NOT available and is subject to towing. The two-car garage and driveway provide parking for up to four vehicles.
