The outdoor spaces are fantastic. Surrounding the pool, there's a large deck overlooking the views with a firepit. The BBQ deck also features views and a dining table. The putting green also has a driving range net, and is flanked by a ping pong table on one side and a covered gazebo on the other side. The public spaces of the floorplan are open. The large wet bar serves the living room, the pool area and the family room. The bedrooms are designed for privacy. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, a first floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a loft bedroom. The library has a queen sized Murphy bed. The media room has a queen Murphy, a single Murphy and a kid-sized sleeper sofa.

Guest can access the whole house with privacy. The security cameras and Alexa cameras can be turned off.

This central Hollywood Hills location allows easy access to the studios, Westside, the San Fernando Valley. It's also an easy drive to Santa Monica, Venice, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, etc.

You'll need a car or have to use Uber. There's parking for 6 cars on the driveway and more on the street.

The pool is heated by both solar and gas, and the pool cover helps retains the heat. There is an additional charge for heating the pool with gas. We usually have a 2 night minimum for weekend bookings.
