- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No trailer parking

- Additional fees and taxes may apply (ie. early check-in / late check-out pending availability).

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- In 2025-early 2026 roof/balcony repair and north seawall/ramp under construction.

These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.

 

*****Please note, BUILDING AMENITIES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool). Pirate's Cove Condo Assoc. released that the pool work is targeting an March 2026 reopening date, completion remains subject to city inspections and weather conditions. (subject to change). In addition, this unit's balcony will be closed starting for concrete restoration December 19, 2025, to February 2 2026 (subject to change).

 

The Pirate's Cove building has some after effects caused by the previous hurricanes that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Pirate's Cove management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Pirate's Cove building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door at Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. *****

 

Welcome to Pirate’s Cove! A laid back atmosphere in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores at the intersection of Dunlawton and A1A. The location is within walking distance to a miniature golf course, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and the Sunglow Fishing Pier with Crabby Joes Deck and Grill!

 

This lovely, clean and cozy beachfront unit is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer/Toaster/Bake oven, coffee maker & Keurig, electric 2 burner plug-in, electric skillet, Crockpot, cookware, plates, and utensils), 2 person bar/lap top station and bar stools, new Queen sleeper sofa, Queen size bed and a 50" flat screen smart T.V. with free HBO and private/secure WiFi.

 

Relax and enjoy its direct ocean front, private balcony with 2 high top chairs & table, which will provide you with wonderful views from the 4th floor overlooking the ocean and the community pool. The beach, oceanfront swimming and kiddie pool awaits you below! On-site laundry facility and a fitness room are also provided.
