Whether you are coming to Blacksburg for business or pleasure, enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is fully stocked with all of the basic essentials. Guests have access to a charcoal grill, cornhole boards, a horseshoe pit, firepit, and other games. Equipped with a smart TV, spacious bedrooms, and an open layout of the kitchen looking into the living room area. A Washer/dryer is also available on site, and plenty of parking is available- this is a downstairs unit part of a duplex.

We do utilize a third party communications app that automatically sends out a message once booking is confirmed. It will ask you to sign our Rental Agreement regarding our house rules, collect government issued ID to verify age, and capture a credit card as a precautionary for any incidentals or damages that may incur. Once the agreement is signed, then you will receive the door pin code for entry and all necessary check in information on the day of check-in.

We also have NoiseAware installed in the home. This monitors noise decibels to ensure our noise control rule is abided during after hours.
