After a day on the water, unwind on the back screened patio or bask in the Florida sun on the open-air patio in the private backyard. If you prefer land-based activities, the surrounding area is excellent for walking and biking.

While we welcome long-term guests, it's our commitment to your safety and comfort that sets Governors Fish Camp apart. Every 30 days, we access the property to check safety items, filters, and attend to any guest needs, ensuring that your stay is not just enjoyable but also secure.

Bring along your furry friend! With approval and the necessary fees paid, we welcome one well-behaved pet to join your getaway. The spacious driveway accommodates a single boating trailer and up to three cars, ensuring convenience for all your travel companions.

As needed - for our longer term guests- we visit the home each 30 days and book 30 days at a time. Let us know if you would like to stay longer so we can accommodate blocking for you

We are close the the small town center of Green Cove Springs and just south of both Magnolia Golf Course and Fleming Island with loads of activities. The home is located on a quiet small street without a lot of traffic.

Having a vehicle is recommended for this area. We do have Uber and Lyft for ride share but we are not in a heavily populated area

Pets and children should not go near water without supervision. Florida Water Wildlife should not be approached or captured

Please be sure to look at our House Rules which includes signing the required municipal agreement for stay to gain access. This includes basic rules like occupancy, trash, noise parking etc. as required by our local government
