• All mattresses are memory foam, including the fold-outs.

• Each bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, white noise sound machines, built-in sliding closets with full-length mirrors, coat hangers, extra pillows and bedding, dimmable recessed lighting, and ceiling fans with lights.

Bathrooms

• Bathroom equipped with smart Bluetooth multimedia mirror, so you can listen to your music while in the bed or bathroom

• Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for all hair and skin types, complementary bathroom amenities in case you forget anything including- toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, feminine products, razors with shaving cream, advil, hair dryers and extra toilet paper.

Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.

☆ Digital Guest Book: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.

☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool on only Tuesday and Friday mornings. Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you're booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. While you may notice signs of urban activity throughout Palm Springs, including a visible homeless population in certain parts of the city, the property itself offers a private and peaceful retreat. Guests consistently enjoy the quiet environment, privacy, and suitability for social gatherings without concerns about noise. Please note that the neighborhood has limited sidewalks, making it better suited for guests seeking relaxation rather than long pedestrian walks or dog-friendly strolling routes. This home is ideal for adults looking to experience the authentic, diverse, and evolving energy of Palm Springs. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes.
