2 bedroom with two full bathroom apartment with a King bed on main bedroom, queen bed on the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in living room.

Apartment equipped with two full baths, two spacious bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv's and shared washer&dryer outside the apartment.

Check-in: between 4 pm and 9 pm.

Check-out: 10 am.

We only take 1-week minimum stay reservations. Ideal apartment for a family trip. We are strict with a non-smoking environment in the apartment and balcony and we do not allow loud noises after 10:00 pm.

Pets are not allowed at the building.

There's free parking on the premises, we will provide you with the parking number for the unit, no valet parking.

We will send you check-in instructions over Airbnb messages, so please keep an eye on Airbnb inbox.

We will provide de guest with a FOB and a washer&dryer card to use in the laundry.

Price for FOB loss: $200 dollars.

Price for Washer&Dryer card loss: $50 dollars.

A late arrival to the apartment after 10 pm, will have an extra cost of $50 USD.
