Relax in a 7-seat hot tub or on the private dock with upper deck. Features include a fire pit (weather permitting), full kitchen, outdoor gas grill, porch with 75" smart TV, cozy king, queen, and full beds, plus a gaming/work area and more.

 

Serenity Lakehouse is a hidden gem nestled in the deed-restricted Del Mar Esplanade, offering 1,920 sq ft of living space on a quarter-acre of waterfront beauty. Surrounded by majestic trees and serenaded by birds, the lake often stirs with playful splashes. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms feature a king, queen, and 4 full bunk beds, each with a closet and HD TV. A gaming console, recliner, folding bed (on request), and two full baths—one with a tub—ensure comfort for every guest.

 

Directly in front of the property, a recessed wire fence displays “135 Santa Maria St” in bold white letters. The gravel-covered area in front serves as free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Guests may also use the left side of the garage driveway; the right side is reserved for EVs needing overnight charging. Entry is through the main gate. The front door features a digital lock and backup key lock box—codes are sent one day before check-in.

 

**Safety Notice**: Our property is not fully equipped for guests with disabilities and is not child- or infant-proof. Handicapped guests are welcome but must exercise caution. Children and infants require 24/7 adult supervision. All guests must exercise care, especially near the lake, hot tub, or fire pit. Life vests are mandatory on the boat dock or in the lake. We are not liable for any accidents that may occur on the property.

 

**Lake Level Advisory**: We cannot guarantee lake levels will meet your expectations at check-in. For example, in 1981, it took 154 days to recover a 4-foot drop (by June 4), while in 2007 it took just 22 days (by Jan 23). Please check Cedar Creek Lake levels online for the latest updates.
