Upper-level, beautiful and renovated two-bedroom apartment located in a two-story building in the marvelous Coral Gables, a calm and peaceful Miami neighborhood. Free parking on premises.

Fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi, smart tv, private washer & dryer, linen, towels, and courtesy toiletries for the beginning of your stay (we do not do replacements).

Although we do not provide daily cleaning, if you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay, please let us know, and will be provided with an additional charge.

Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at an extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.

We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted.

All check-in and check-out procedures are done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering.

Please note that there is a requirement for a 6-month contract.
