High-speed Internet & cable TV. Quiet relaxing place yet so close... less than 2 miles to the beach on bicycle-friendly streets. Close to the Expo line which will take you to downtown LA, the Westside, Studios, etc.

This is a clean place on a quiet street with easy parking. 2nd floor (of 2) so no one upstairs. Nice front lawn where you can sit and use logon to your secure internet connection.

This is a separate apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bath, etc. You don't share anything except the building laundromat and the parking lot.
