This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long term stays.

Includes: A/C wall unit in Living Room, Wi-Fi, TV w/Amazon Firestick (Netflix) instead of Cable, fully furnished, basic cooking/eating utensils and equipment, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, sheets, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)

I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps..etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)

PARKING: Free, public parking is available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility. There are a few shared parking spaces in the driveway - first come first serve basis. I ask that if you do park in the driveway, that you leave your phone number on the dashboard of your car if you are blocking someone.

This spacious, upstairs furnished two bedroom, one bath apartment comes with a Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and couch in the living room. It is great for family and friends and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It is located near a lot of tourist attractions such as: The Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd., Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Sign, Pink's Hot Dogs, In-N-Out Burger, Roscoes Chicken & Waffles, The Grove, The Original Farmers Market, LACMA and much more.

I like to give guests' privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email and Airbnb Itinerary.

Convenient neighborhood with shops & restaurants. Great public transportation. Convenient to 101 Freeway.

Easy access to Hollywood studios, walk of fame, tourist attractions, Los Feliz, Hospitals, LACC, downtown lofts, Staples Center, LA Live, W Hotel, Silverlake, Burbank, Glendale, Disneyland, and Knott's Berry Farm.
