Parking is limited to one space per unit.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials—including a Keurig coffee maker—to prepare your favorite meals or morning cup of coffee before heading out for the day. The bathroom offers a clean, simple design with everything you need for comfort and convenience.

Outside, you’ll find resort-style amenities such as a heated swimming pool and a BBQ grill area—perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The property is located just a short walk from John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, where you can enjoy waterfront dining, local shops, live music, dolphin-watching tours, and exciting water adventures.

Please note that there is no washer or dryer inside the unit. Laundry facilities are available nearby. The on-site laundry room and new pool loungers are both scheduled to be added in the future; updates are currently in progress.
