The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds—perfect for kids or groups. The upstairs landing includes a a fold-out twin sofa for extra sleeping space.

The downstairs living area is perfect for relaxation with couch seating and a large streaming TV, ideal for movie nights or game days. The round dining table makes a great spot for family meals or puzzle afternoons. The kitchen features a Keurig-style coffee maker, air fryer, oven, microwave, electric teapot, blender, and all the essentials you need to cook up a storm.

Enjoy outdoor gatherings on the private backyard patio with seating for four. Parking is available for three non-commercial vehicles including a small one car garage.
