Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting dining area, kitchen, and living space. Our newly remodeled kitchen features a stunning quartz waterfall island and brand-new modern accessories, perfect for cooking up a feast. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, inviting guests to relax and socialize. Start your day with our Nespresso machine, complete with complimentary Nespresso pods, sugar, creamer, and stir sticks for the perfect morning pick-me-up.

The home includes 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms:

☆ Pool: Take a refreshing dip or spend the entire day soaking up the sun by our sparkling pool and pool deck. For added comfort, the pool features an optional heater available for an additional fee.

☆ Backyard: Enjoy a 4-hole putting green mini golf area and a cozy lounging space by the fire pit. Relax in one of our two hammocks, offering a panoramic view of the entire backyard, which is covered in 2100 sq ft of brand-new artificial turf.

☆ Smart TVs: Enjoy a 75” Samsung Smart TV in the living room and a 50” Roku Smart TV in the master bedroom. Please log in with your own account to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

☆ Parking: You have access to a two-car garage for covered parking. Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Please avoid blocking mailboxes when parking on the street. Street sweeping occurs every first Tuesday of the month, except after holidays.

☆ Guest Access: As our guests, you'll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. From the vibrant living spaces to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and putting green, every corner of our desert retreat is yours to explore and enjoy.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Respect our neighbors: We kindly ask our guests to respect the peace and tranquility of our lovely Palm Springs neighborhood. Please adhere to the city's noise ordinances, which prohibit any audible music outside the home, including the backyard, at all times. Additionally, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM, during which any noise, including talking, should not extend beyond our property line. Violations may result in visits from local law enforcement and fines up to $500.

☆ Pool: Please do not add any liquids or solid soaps to the hot tub. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No diving and no glass items are allowed. Guests are responsible for their own and their guests' safety. Our pool has an optional pool heater which requires a lot of natural gas to heat, using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only onTuesday and Friday; he comes and goes through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.

☆ Broken Items: We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks, even if it’s not your fault, please let us know immediately so we can repair or replace it for you and future guests. For serious stains on furniture or floors, or any other damages, notify us as soon as possible, and we'll address it promptly.

☆ Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid any plumbing issues.

📘 Notice About Guest Requirements for Palm Springs Properties

Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit.
