The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools and small electrical appliances.

The adjacent dining area seats 6 and enjoys a beautiful view of the outdoor living area.

The primary suite and 3 additional guest rooms are located on opposite sides of the home, providing privacy for primary guests. All bedrooms feature beds made for your arrival with provided linens, wall-mounted Streaming TV's, closets, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

The outdoor living space will be one your favorites during your stay! The fully screened lanai features a heated pool and expansive pool deck with sun loungers. Under cover, shaded from the sun, you'll find a dining and living area, complete with large streaming TV and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has a farmhouse sink, counter prep area, mini fridge and gas grill. (Then purchase of propane, if needed, if the responsibility of the guest.) Please note, the canal behind the home is a freshwater canal and doesn't have a dock or water usage access.

Close to the home is the Palmetto Pines public golf course. Two popular waterfront fine dining and shopping districts are nearby - Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach Park which is open year-round; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape.

This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 16 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

The owner has installed exterior security cameras on the house and in the garage for security and insurance purposes.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
