160 km west of Helsinki, Kiskonjoki river 350 m (breadth 30 m), deep water, soft clay bottom, shared shore. By the river a pier, boat and canoes for use. A swimming pond in the shared use in the owner's yard 150 m away. Distance to the sea 4 km (connection from the river).

Wooden house, renovated 1995, living room/kitchen 2 beds, washing room (wc and shower), vestibule. Upstairs 6 beds in the loft (upstairs height only 1.7 m).

Own separate sauna building in the yard (wood-fired), room with fireplace. There is no running water in the sauna, water has to be carried from the water point in main cottage's wall.
