Description

Kololia Living is a beautiful and private 3 bedroom, 2 bath home set on 1/3 of an acre. It's neighborhood setting places it close to Kona's beaches, and a nearby walking trail. The grounds are studded with beautiful, lush plants, including many different fruit trees! The home flows around a large, sparkling swimming pool, and there is a dedicated BBQ area as well.

 

Kololia Living offers a great kitchen, with live edge wood counters adorning the central island and countertops. The living room has an open, airy feel because of the floor to ceiling windows framing the pool outside. The dining and seating area flow into another space, more casual with large chairs, a large TV, and a desk/office area. The master bedroom is a suite, with an elegantly tiled bathroom and soaking tub, along with a walk-in closet. Independent AC cools each bedroom.

 

Exceptional outdoor living space presents views to the nearby ocean, with excellent views of the famous Kona sunsets. Popular restaurants and bars are all a short drive away.

 

Because of this home's location, there is a limit of 3 cars at all times, and all vehicles must be parked on the driveway and not in the street. Also, no guests other than the registered guests visit the property. And please note we have a 5-night minimum stay. We do have exterior security cameras and quiet hours start at 9 pm & end at 8 am.

 

Transient Tax Registration is TA-143-459-7888-01 and General Excise Tax is GE-143-459-7888-01, the NUCR # is 2022-000523 & STVR # is 19-365205
