Just two blocks from the ocean, you have a direct path from this quiet oasis to the beach and Numero Uno surfside restaurant. En route, you pass the culinary corridor and nightlight mecca of Calle Loiza, as well as Ashtanga Yoga, and the bruncheries around it.

Queen beds for all

Your apartment includes:

*3 individual bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and featuring a queen bed with new, luxurious bedding

*2 modern full bathrooms, 1 en suite and 1 common to the unit

*A full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, a blender and coffee devices!

*A dining table and living room, and Roku TV to log into your streaming services

*A dedicated outdoor space with 2 hammocks (Adult use only - use at your own risk) and shaded seating for six

A/C: Brand new ACs in every bedroom and the common area, all over-rated to the size of the room. But on very hot days, if you want it very cold, we suggest closing the curtains. Please turn off when not in use =)

Laundry: A SHARED laundry room accessible via the door in the living (please keep this locked as a studio also shares this laundry equipment)

*Light cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen, but full cleaning supplies are available in the laundry room (broom, mop, etc.)

Quiet Hours: are strictly enforced as many of our neighbors (young children and seniors included) do NOT have AC and sleep with their windows open

Hot Water: comes from an inline water heater, so just give it a minute or two and then there is unlimited hot water for your luxurious shower =)

*The shower drain in the common bathroom drains slowly - it's not clogged, but does drain slowly

*Please brush off sand BEFORE entering the apartment - there will be a charge for excess sand which can damage plumbing and the washer/dryer combos
