101 - Caribbean décor and a few steps to pool

Welcome to Unit 101!

All the comforts of home with a welcoming, fully equipped kitchen, new ceramic tile floor and an updated shower in the bathroom. There is a king bed and futon in the main bedroom and a bunk room with a twin bed provides the benefits of private, two bedroom sleeping for the VALUE rate of a one bedroom unit. This convenient first floor unit offers effortless access for retirees with limited mobility or families with young children and all their beach gear. The cozy back porch opens up to a tropical landscaped courtyard. This corner unit has a more private setting and is still only a few steps from the pool, cabana, gas grills and laundry facilities. There are 2 TV's and Wireless Internet for the family, and we are located on the safer NON-driving part of the beach.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
