The living room features a wall-mounted TV, Full pull out sofa, and easy access to the dining area and kitchen. The dining area comfortably sits 4 indoors with additional seating for 4 on the outside patio.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, with a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, ensuring restful nights of sleep after a day of beachside adventures. This home features one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience, so you can focus on enjoying your time at the beach.

Bec's is just 1 block from the ocean, with easy access to the pristine beaches of Kure Beach. Sunbathing, surfing, or beach combing, you'll find something to love about the nearby beaches. Explore the local attractions, including the Kure Beach Pier, Ft Fisher State Recreation Area, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Ft Fisher.

This property has an additional 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit on the opposite side of the garage. (Not included in the pricing of this listing). There are no shared spaces between the two units for privacy. This is the perfect opportunity for larger groups to rent both sides for additional space! ***This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350 *Contact us about dog rules at the beach*

Dog Rules: Carolina and Kure Beach allows dogs in the summer April 1 - September 30 before 9am and after 5pm. Dogs must be on a leash. Dogs are not allowed between the hours of 9am and 5pm in the summer. Dogs are allowed all day in the off season from October 1st to March 31st. Dogs are allowed on the beach all day year round at Freeman Park and Fort Fisher.

**Maximum Occupancy: 5 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission
