Beautiful top floor private 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Louisville: the Clifton/Crescent Hill area.

 

With a neighborhood walking score of 76, our cozy condo sits just east of downtown and the NuLu district, centrally located to the majority of hospitals in the area. Close to major highways I-64, I-264, I-65, I-71, and less than 15 minutes to Louisville International Airport.

 

This charming 100 year old building sits within a preservation district among other historic dwellings and interesting architectural structures, giving the neighborhood a magical character. Nestled in the back of an eclectic, quiet street with no thru-traffic as the road leads to the building's parking lot. You will have a dedicated parking spot in the carport area.

 

The top floor (3rd floor) condo provides both security and privacy. The unit includes keyless entry while building access requires keypad entry for all residents of the 6-unit building. In addition, each unit is thoughtfully situated so neighboring walls connect only in the hallway providing an additional layer of privacy. The unit can be accessed by either interior front or back stairs providing flexible entry and exit.

 

As you leave your work behind and step foot in the beautiful, sun-drenched two bedroom, two bathroom condo, you’ll feel right at home with all of the comforts you need while traveling.

 

The condo’s open concept transitions seamlessly from the fully-stocked kitchen to the living area to the open air porch, with views of the historic neighborhood from its highest point.

 

We've tried to think of everything you'd need in the kitchen during your stay. We have all major stainless steel appliances, Crock Pot, air fryer, blender, Keurig, pour-over, toaster, pots, pans, utensils and knives/ silverware, dishes, Pyrex, food storage and more.

 

The amenities of each bedroom have been carefully designed for rest and relaxation. Comfy mattresses, pillows, and soft linens will help support a good nights’ sleep after a long day on your feet. Blackout curtains and touch lamps with built-in USB ports are just a few added touches to each bedroom.

 

Relax and soak in our clawfoot tub after a long day. Teak bench holds all of your necessities right next to you- including your favorite book! We also have a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom which has both a regular shower head and handheld.

 

Leave your car and explore on foot! Dining, shopping, recreation...it's all right here! Take the advice of the new2lou website which describes the area best: “Anything you’re looking for in a home can likely be found in Clifton/Crescent Hill. The jewel in this neighborhood’s crown is the Frankfort Avenue corridor, a pleasantly walkable strip bursting with local curiosity shops featuring fair-trade wares, restaurants, and nightlife. From upscale salons and boutiques to hipster-friendly locally owned coffee shops, the stretch truly has something for everyone. However, even with such activity, residential streets are often pin-drop quiet and peaceful, with low crime, outgoing neighbors and kid-friendly playgrounds and parks scattered throughout the area. Grocery and retail options are plentiful in the area, giving the neighborhood a massive advantage over those closer to the downtown area.”
