With an open floor plan, you are able to enjoy many aspects of the home at once. While cooking can feel like a chore, this unit is equipped with your basic necessities. Enjoy cooking, relaxation, dining, and more without having to leave the room!

 

**Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-9am.**

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

 

Located in desirable Capitol Hill in perfect proximity to the best amenities and easiest commute in the city.

 

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

 

The neighborhood can be sporadically loud. As with similar urban areas in New York and downtown San Francisco, it is a gritty, bustling area populated with people from all walks of life. Lots of young people and lower income housing in the neighborhood amidst nicer condos and apartment buildings. If your top concern is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this might not be the place for you.

 

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.
