Our condo is perfect for business or a getaway! It's close by are grocery stores, Starbucks, Java coffee shop and great restaurants. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus it's in a gated community with an underground reserved parking spot with elevator access and a community pool (Heated October- April), hot tub, BBQ grills, & fitness center.

The living room features a sectional sofa, and a 65" Smart TV with Youtubetv live, gas fireplace. There is a balcony just off the living room as well as the guest bedroom with outdoor seating. Just off the living room is the dining table with bench seating for 4-6 and a kitchen that has what you need to prepare your meals during your stay including a traditional coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, utensils, and cookware.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, desk w/ chair, walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom with a single sink and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, walk in closet and has access to the balcony. The Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo and a single sink. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
