Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note that bedrooms are part of a "souplex", with some rooms in the basement, with windows. There are two entrances to the apartment.
