Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria Island beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, horseback riding, fishing and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. Property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In 2 bedrooms and living room there are smart tv's . House is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, grill, washer and dryer, coffee maker and keurig, There are 4 security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover driveway, front door and sides of the property. There is $10 fee for heated pool upon guest request.
