You don't need to go farther than a block for anything you'd want. The beach is across the street, nightlife is downstairs, casinos are on the same block, great bars and restaurants and convenient bodegas line this avenue.
The apartment is decorated in a minimalistic contemporary style. It's a clean, conformable feel.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and lots of closet space. The master bedroom has it's own TV with cable.
The apartment is fully stocked. Towels are provided and the kitchen has plates, silverware and glasses.
The living room has two sofas and amazing views. One of the sofas is a queen sized sofa bed. There is a TV with cable, roku with hulu plus and netflix, and wifi internet.
Condado beach is across the street. This apartment also has one assigned parking space.
We are here for our guests as much or as little as they need.
Condado Beach is the upper class downtown neighborhood of san juan. Ashford Ave, where this building is located, is the main strip of San Juan, and there are lots of great places to eat and drink on the avenue. Condado Beach will always be on the North side of Ashford Ave.
