3 bedrooms 3 bath quiet cabin. Two master suites (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed) each with own attached bathroom. Third room with two twin beds and shared hallway bathroom. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room to complete your party of 8 people. Open large living and large kitchen area upon entry with an open dining area. The kitchen is equipped for any meal with appliances and cookware. There are glasses as well as plastic wear for children and outdoor use.

Quiet, shaded and wooded front porch that will invite you to play a game of cards or enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Two outdoor firepits located in the front and rear of the property with seating available.

Large hot tub 8 person that overlooks a meadow and also wooded landscape.

Accessibility to park truck and snowmobile trailers or ATV trailers.

Readily available horseshoe pit covered with pine trees for shady summer days. There is a cornhole set for use. As well as a ping pong table in the garage and outdoor horseshoes during season months.

The driveway is long and can hold 2 vehicles and two trailers in width and length.

There is a table on the patio and patio seating. There is also a Picnic table for roasting marshmallows and outdoor dining.

4 miles from town of Island Park restaurants and gas and .25 miles from bar and grill. You are 32 miles from the West Yellowstone gate entrance and West Yellowstone eateries and pubs and shopping. 2 hrs. of a beautiful drive from Jackson Hole or Grand Teton National Park. 1 1/2 hours from Big Sky MT ski resort and town. 2 hrs. from Bozeman MT. 1 hour from Idaho Falls, ID. And you are 10 minutes in any direction from renowned fishing, boating, river floats and year around recreation. Leave the cabin on snowmobile or ATV for 1000s of trails off road. Island Park is known for its year around recreation and accessibility to a wide range of sportsman's paradise.

4W drive is recommended in the winter month Dec- March dependent on snow accumulations and recent storm activity.

There are outdoor cameras/video at each entry point outdoors, including driveway and all access entry doors, and are NOT located in the home. They are used for security of the premises of the property and to monitor snow and weather for snow removal.
